Over the years, Tatiany Melecchi has earned several credentials including; CPLP (Certified Learning and Performance Professional) by Assotiation for Talent Development (ATD), ACC (Associate Certified Coach) by ICF ( Internacional Coach Federation) and a Certified Trainer by the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech trainers (LTEAN) and a Master degree in Marketing from Massey University in New Zealand. Tatiany spend 12 years studying and working in global organizations in New Zealand and United States. She was an active board member of ATD Saint-Louis, Missouri - USA and co-lead the LEARN Saint Louis 2013 Annual Conference.
