Tim is a leadership development professional committed to helping individuals and organizations reach their greatest potential. He is the author of “Your Leadership Story: Use Your Story to Energize, Inspire, and Motivate” and is a frequent leadership speaker. His forthcoming book, “Peak Leadership Fitness: Elevating Your Leadership Game” will be published in February 2019.

Tim is currently Vice President, Franchisee Onboarding and Learning at Choice Hotels International where he oversees the hotel opening processes and learning strategy for all franchisees. Previously, he was Vice President of Global Leadership Development at Marriott. His work was recognized with the 2018 Chief Learning Officer Trailblazer award, 2017 Global CCU award for Outstanding Services to the Learning Industry, 2014 Chief Learning Officer Global Learning Award, and 2012 Chief Learning Officer Learning Innovation Award among others. He received his Doctorate of Education in Human Resources Development from George Washington University and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.

On a personal note, Tim has completed multiple marathons and Ironman triathlons. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife, Sara and their son and daughter.
