Now, as we look ahead to the lockdowns beginning to lift, we should take what we've learned as an opportunity to reassess and ultimately reboot our teams. Keith Ferrazzi is the founder and chairman of Ferrazzi Greenlight, whose mission for 20 years has been to unleash unsuspected growth opportunities and radical adaptability by maximizing team performance throughout organizations. He has spent eight years and invested $2 million into the topic of leading remote teams, published 18 research studies with Harvard Business Review and remains the go-to thought leader on the subject.

He has more than 70 chief human resources officers on a council guiding the editorial calendar sharing best practices through the crisis. The managing editor of Forbes is leading the curatio.

Ferrazzi has recently been named by Zoom as their main expert about remote working and has run a series of webinars with the communications technology company, along with Fast Company and many others.
