Sarah Cusack
Sarah Cusack

Safety and Development Specialist, Arborwell

Sarah Cusack, APTD is Safety and Development Specialist at the professional treecare company Arborwell, based in Hayward California. After creating a new role as Arborwell’s instructional designer and eLearning developer, Sarah earned her APTD certification in July 2020. Given that the treecare industry has not historically placed a strong emphasis on employee development or on integrating technology into training, discovering ATD and creating new avenues for learning has been an exciting challenge. Sarah is passionate about creating tools to help others reach their full potential, and is excited to take the CPTD exam in April of 2021!

Trystyn Del Rosario, APTD
Trystyn Del Rosario, APTD

Training Program Manager, KRG Technologies

Trystyn started her career as a Support Engineer at Microsoft. She soon found that she was drawn to the world of learning and development and was invited to drive the onboarding of new engineers in Redmond, WA & San Jose, Costa Rica. These experiences solidified her choice to transition into her current role as a training program manager, where she oversees the readiness for a customer support team. She also decided to pursue her APTD certification to further solidify her knowledge in adult learning best practices.

On the side, Trystyn is an ICF certified coach and coach trainer, who helps her students to develop their coaching skills and create their own signature group programs. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, circus arts, and traveling. (You can bet she's buying a ticket to Spain as soon as this quarantine ends!)
