Taryn Hess is a leader in the client learning and talent enablement (CL&TE) practice at EPAM and an expert in learning and change management. As a part of EPAM, Taryn spearheads innovative digital transformation programs. She consults directly with clients to evaluate and align capabilities, processes, and tools to achieve business objectives. She leads the development of effective, engaging initiatives that leverage best practices of instructional design, psychology, business, and organizational change management. She is sought after to speak on evangelization, instructional design, change, and data literacy. She has over a decade of successfully leading learning and change across a variety of disciplines and industries—including business, data, IT, customer service, aviation, public health, public administration, and international finance. She is passionate about creating opportunities and designing experiences that impact change. She holds a BS and MS in science education from Florida State University and a PhD in instructional design and technology from the University of Central Florida.
