Kelly Palmer is a thought leader on the future of work, learning, and career development. She is the co-author of the book The Expertise Economy, a senior advisor for Firework Ventures, board member of Learn In, is the chief learning and talent officer at Degreed, and the former chief learning officer of LinkedIn. Prior to LinkedIn, Kelly was vice president of learning at Yahoo! and held executive positions in learning, M&A, and product development at Sun Microsystems. Kelly has a masters degree in education technology, learning science, and adult learning theory and advises executives and companies around the world on their culture, learning, skills, and talent strategies.
