We’re excited to welcome you to a must-watch session about how to tackle the biggest challenge of our time: upskilling the workforce. According to the World Economic Forum, one billion people need to be upskilled by 2030. In today’s high-pressure environment, the decreasing half-life of skills, and new challenges around hybrid and remote working, we need to fundamentally think about work differently. The workforce is overwhelmed, distracted and dispersed– making it impossible to effectively build skills with traditional training models. But, when you commit to helping your people learn and build skills for the future and create a strong learning culture, this becomes the foundation of your learning strategy.

This webinar, led by Kelly Palmer, Learn In Board Member and Degreed’s Chief Learning & Talent Officer, will discuss the current state of building critical skills, the importance of building a learning culture, and how you can attain better engagement, higher retention, and overall stronger performance and motivation from all your employees.

During this session, you will learn:

  • Compelling trends and opportunities in skilled talent development.
  • How does your company culture and learning culture address new employee demands?
  • How to meet shifting skill demands quicker with a more agile approach to learning development and delivery, including how to use data to drive high engagement and motivation for learning
