On top of the current challenges created by retention, remote work, and rising costs, many economists are concerned about a global recession. We'll discuss how to prepare for a possible recession by taking cautious steps to support your people, building a strong work culture, and finding affordable talent development solutions to support your people.

During this event, you will:

  • Learn how to navigate this new world of work. Learning programs must be designed for the modern workplace and modern learner.
  • Explore current research showing that in the face of potential global recession, more than 60 percent of companies are planning reductions in force and freezing hires, yet also still increasing their investments in supporting and growing people.
  • Discover how the role of the HR leader will be highly strategic. Continuing to invest in supporting and growing your people will be essential, especially for your early and first-time manager talent. Affordable ways to scale support and learning will be critical so your investment can be sustained in a world of budget pressure.
