Sue Kaiden is senior project manager, credentialing for the ATD Certification Institute. In this role, she supports candidates throughout the decision and preparation process and manages recertification for APTD and CPTD credential holders. Prior to joining the CI team, she served as manager of the career development community at ATD where she oversaw content and services related to career development, including ATD's Job Bank.
She is the author of “Keeping Your Career on Track” (TD at Work) and the editor of Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide to Landing a Job You'll Love, a book written with 16 top-notch career coaches, published in October 2016. Kaiden holds a master of business administration degree from Cornell University and recently achieved the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD).
Suzanne is a human resources manager at a global company where she is the HR transformation project management lead whose team is integrating 125 North America acquisitions and legacy businesses onto the standard operational practices and programs. Suzanne is a CPTD® and has a master of science from La Salle University in instructional technology management. She has been a member of ATD since 2009, and is a past leader in the ATD Eastern PA Chapter. Suzanne is also a member of SHRM.
Mechelle Roberthon is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and is the 2022 past-president of the Association of Talent Development Baton Rouge chapter. Her background includes training delivery, performance improvement, managing learning programs, and interpersonal and business skills. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. She holds a Masters of Science (MS) in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement.
Rob Giorgio is a veteran of the learning and development field with more than 15 years of experience. Rob has held various learning and development positions within various industries including consumer electronics, service and hospitality, retail, and banking. He serves as the Vice President of Learning and Strategic Growth at Straxo, which is headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey.
Julie Rahaman is a solution-focused award-winning instructional designer that has led several global leadership and learning programs. An innovative problem solver, she prides herself on her ability to drive results through meaningful collaboration. In 2019, she earned the distinction of becoming a Brandon Hall Award Gold Winner in Best Use of Blended Learning.
Her fifteen years of experience includes the design, development, delivery, and management of learning programs in varied industries including real estate, supply, healthcare, technology, and transportation. A self-described forever learner, Julie earned her Master's Degree in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University and is an ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development.
