Sue Kaiden is senior project manager, credentialing for the ATD Certification Institute. In this role, she supports candidates throughout the decision and preparation process and manages recertification for APTD and CPTD credential holders. Prior to joining the CI team, she served as manager of the career development community at ATD where she oversaw content and services related to career development, including ATD's Job Bank.
She is the author of “Keeping Your Career on Track” (TD at Work) and the editor of Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide to Landing a Job You'll Love, a book written with 16 top-notch career coaches, published in October 2016. Kaiden holds a master of business administration degree from Cornell University and recently achieved the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD).
Samantha Stone is a learning and organizational development program director at the Center for Learning and Innovation at Northwell Health. In her current role, she works in collaboration with subject matter experts across her organization to develop and deliver ongoing education that address the various needs of healthcare leaders throughout the leadership life cycle. She is also an active member of multiple committees and employee resource groups at her organization that promote wellness, diversity and inclusion, improving workplace culture, professional development, and community outreach. Prior to her role at Northwell Health, Samantha worked for a local City University of New York (CUNY) community college, developing curricula for and facilitating writing and test-preparatory workshops for students, including English language learners and students with disabilities. She earned a master’s degree in communications and is an APTD credential holder.
Delores Elias is the Director of Talent Development at the Baltimore-based law firm of Gordon Feinblatt LLC. After spending approximately 25 years in the IT field, including the role of Assistant Director of the IT Department, she discovered that her true passion was helping others to learn and grow. To develop herself, Delores joined ATD and began to use the many resources available to grow in her new role. Delores works closely with subject matter experts to develop meaningful and practical learning experiences to help others to reach their full potential. She also works closely with the firm’s practice groups to find technology that meets their needs and improves their processes. She is excited to be an APTD credential holder and is looking forward to continued growth in the area of talent development.
Maddie Hooker, APTD, is an instructional designer who pioneered a learning science-based teacher training program, and led large teams of instructors, empowering them to transform their performance through skill gap analyses, individualized training, and coaching. Maddie has designed and developed courses for various industries and modalities, including Raytheon’s Cyber Academy, which received the CompTIA Workforce Talent Development Award.
As a certified APTD, Maddie has a wide scope of knowledge on key competencies in the talent development field. Maddie holds a degree in graphic design from Spring Arbor University.

Belkys Stallings leads an award-winning learning team for Security First Insurance as their director of training and diversity initiatives. As an expert in adult learning, she is experienced in designing and executing talent learning strategies, leading high-performing, motivated teams, and cultivating strategic partnerships across the organization. Belkys also serves the local talent development communities by volunteering on the Northeast Florida ATD Chapter as a board member holding the president-elect, president positions, and currently acts as an advisor to the board as past-president.
