Talent Development Capability Model Pulse Survey Results

In its second year of existence, the Talent Development Capability Model™ is gaining a strong presence in the talent development community. Since its release, more than 15,000 people have taken the self-assessment and identified areas for growth and development. But how do those prioritized areas match up against the skills the field says have grown in importance since the release of the Capability Model?

During this webinar, explore the results of the Talent Development Capability Model pulse survey and how well the Capability Model’s knowledge and skills reflect the current practice two years later. Discover the insights gained regarding perceived proficiency across the more than 15,000 self-assessments and how TD professionals can close skills gaps and excel in areas of growing importance.
