Nicole Johnson
Nicole Johnson

Senior Director, Diversity Best Practices, Seramount

Nicole Johnson is a seasoned executive who has more than 30 years of a unique blend of corporate and nonprofit experience in finance, multicultural marketing, and DEI. She serves as a senior director of diversity best practices at Seramount. Prior to Seramount, Nicole was the senior director of DEI at the American Red Cross, where she supported efforts related to employee resource groups, leadership development, and community engagement. Nicole has built diversity departments for both Aramark and Wyndham Worldwide and is proud to see that both are thriving and award-winning. As a result, she has acquired critical knowledge and experience on how to build a diversity department from the ground up. Nicole has also led multicultural marketing efforts for Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T and the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Nicole has a passion for giving; she’s served on various boards and advisory committees and shared her knowledge as a visiting professor at Temple University and Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has a bachelor of science degree in economics from Rutgers University, but her first real job and real love is her role as a proud mother and life coach to her two children.


Megan Pierouchakos
Megan Pierouchakos

Senior Director, Diversity Best Practices, Seramount

Megan Pierouchakos is a senior director of diversity best practices at Seramount. Most recently, she served as the vice president of human resources at the American Bankers Association (ABA), where she set the strategic direction for learning and development, talent management, and succession planning. Prior to her time at ABA, Megan was the workforce diversity manager at Freddie Mac. There, she led the diversity and inclusion steering committee, managed the neurodiversity internship program, and built deep relationships across the organization to advance corporate diversity initiatives.

Megan is an adjunct faculty member and on the advisory board of Georgetown University’s Human Resource Management (HRM) program. She received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and has a graduate degree in HRM from Georgetown University. She also holds a SPHR certification from HRCI and a Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certification. Megan lives in Ashburn, Virginia, with her family.


Laura Sherbin
Laura Sherbin

Managing Director, Consulting, Seramount

Laura Sherbin is the managing director of consulting at Seramount and an economist who specializes in the creation of advantage through inclusion and diversity. She built the rigorous data analytics machine and team that have been core to Seramount’s innovative approach to measuring and tracking employee experiences. Most recently, Laura was co-president of the Center for Talent Innovation (CTI) in New York City, a premier think tank and content provider that studies global workplace diversity. She has co-authored several Harvard Business Review articles and taught a women and globalization course at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. She’s known as a leading expert in applying diversity and inclusion data to human behavior in organizations and using such data to quantify how workforce sentiments and satisfaction affect company bottom lines.

Laura holds a BS in math and economics from the University of Delaware and earned her PhD in economics from American University. She currently resides in Irvington, New York, with her husband, their four children, and their dog, Gus.
