Kaily Schell is the Director of Workforce Development and Enterprise Security Education at BMO, where she develops and implements the workforce strategy for the Financial Crimes Unit and implements the Security Education programs enterprise wide. Kaily is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, workforce innovation and empowering internal talent. Kaily was previously a Team Lead for Lean In, is a member of the Canadian Financial Services Cyber Security Governance Council’s Cyber Talent Management initiative, and enjoys reviewing advanced copies of works of fiction for various publishing houses. Kaily Graduated from Queen’s University in 2015, completed a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management at Humber College in 2016, obtained her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Certification in 2017, and completed her Certificate in Workforce Analytics at University of California in 2021.
