Jason Bedford has 20 years of experience in education with a consistent focus on supporting educators in their practice, systems equity work, and student achievement. He has served as chief customer officer at eSpark Learning, managing partner at Education Elements, VP of global sales at Blackboard, SVP at DreamBox Learning, and EVP and co-founder of AlertNow. Before embarking on his journey in edtech, Bedford was an educator in the Wake County Public School System for five years.
Bob Cronin has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bob started his career in 1985 as an account manager at Xerox Learning Systems/Achieve Global, where he worked until 1997. Bob then joined Revenue Lab/ONYX Software as a director of sales/co-founder from 1998 to 2002. Following that, Bob co-founded and served as the managing director at DQI LLC from 2002 to 2015. Bob's most recent role was the vice president strategic sales at NovoEd, where he led all sales activities in strategic global accounts before leaving in 2023. NovoEd is a leading online social learning platform company that was acquired by Fidelity's Devonshire Investments in 2018.
Bob Cronin attended Suffolk University and completed a degree in marketing before 1980. In addition, he obtained a certification as an ASU+GSV Summit 2022 Attendee from ASU+GSV Summit in April 2022.
In her role as chief operating officer at Entelechy, Donna oversees all client relations, project management, business development, and product innovation. Donna has been an integral part of Entelechy’s growth over the past 26 years, having served as a senior performance consultant, executive vice president of client relations, and most recently as COO for the past five years. Since 1992, Entelechy has served as the go-to, private label leadership development partner for global organizations, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, RingCentral, Republic Services, DIRECTV, and many more. Over the years, Donna’s expertise has been critical in developing and refining Entelechy’s award-winning leadership development programs, Aspiring Leaders, Unleash Your Leadership Potential, and Leading Leaders, and has been instrumental in innovating Entelechy’s solutions for virtual and social learning environments.
Donna is a former member of the adjunct faculty at Boston University and holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Bentley University.
Marcia is a global leadership and talent executive who brings deep knowledge of learning and development, a strategic business and people perspective, and direct operating experience. These perspectives inform all of her work, ensuring talent priorities and leadership capabilities directly accelerate business growth. Marcia started her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on helping organizations realize their business goals through organizational change and leadership development. In 2003, Marcia became McKinsey’s global chief learning officer. In this role, Marcia was responsible for building one of the most lauded leadership development programs in the world. Marcia then founded Doable in 2020 to develop a scalable solution for fast-growth tech companies. Finding a like-minded partner, Marcia became cofounder and chief product officer at Allspring in early 2023, leveraging generative-AI to provide personal coaching and situation-specific simulations for sales team members to more quickly achieve their goals.
Marcia has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia. She is also certified in the Hogan and Leadership Circle assessments and is an ICF-accredited executive coach. Marcia lives in Atlanta with her two about-to-leave-the-nest teenagers and an aussiedoodle who, thankfully, will not be flying the coop.
