Have you invested in leadership training that didn’t deliver the results you wanted? You’re not alone. With 75 percent of leadership development programs rated as ineffective and a mere 19 percent of organizations saying they are “very effective” at developing leaders at all levels, it’s time to rethink how we train our leaders.

Join us for a dynamic and engaging webinar where we’ll reveal the four critical flaws in today’s training approaches and introduce a practical and actionable leadership framework that aligns leadership development with business outcomes.

During this event, we will:

• Learn how to connect training directly to business results rather than just soft skills.
• See real-world case studies from organizations that figured out how to effectively develop leaders.
• Walk away with strategies you can apply immediately to transform your leadership development efforts and empower your managers to lead with clarity, alignment, and movement.

Primary Capability Covered: Career & Leadership Development

Participation in this event, either live or recorded, can be reported for one (1) professional development point toward initial certification or recertification requirements for the APTD or CPTD credential.
