Jill Kasten, CPTD is a leader, trainer, and works at Wind River Environmental as a Training Specialist. She has built a reputation as a team player who can also think outside the box. Jill has a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and is currently working on her PsyD in Leadership Psychology because she believes in creating healthier workspaces focusing on change management. Adam White, CPTD, is an Organizational Development Consultant at Penn State Health. He brings almost 25 years of talent development experience, both as a practitioner and a leader, to the organization, where he focuses on leadership development, team and culture growth, and organizational growth. He has consistently leveraged innovation, creativity, technology, and curiosity to deliver learning and development to other industries and organizations, like Comcast, Williams-Sonona, Inc., and Santander Bank, N.A.
