Jill Kasten, CPTD is a leader, trainer, and works at Wind River Environmental as a Training Specialist. She has built a reputation as a team player who can also think outside the box. Jill has a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and is currently working on her PsyD in Leadership Psychology because she believes in creating healthier workspaces focusing on change management. She is committed to employee training and development.

Jill is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Central Massachusetts chapter of ATD where she facilitates a "rolling" virtual CPTD Study Group.

He has received awards for excellence in instructional design, with expertise in soft skills, leadership training, and customer relations. Elijah is the Sales Enablement Specialist at Bloomerang.

Organizational Development Consultant, Penn State Health

Adam White, CPTD, is an Organizational Development Consultant at Penn State Health. He brings almost 25 years of talent development experience, both as a practitioner and a leader, to the organization, where he focuses on leadership development, team and culture growth, and organizational growth. He has consistently leveraged innovation, creativity, technology, and curiosity to deliver learning and development to other industries and organizations, like Comcast, Williams-Sonona, Inc., and Santander Bank, N.A.

Adam is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Central Pennsylvania chapter of ATD. He currently finishing a three year term as a National Advisor for Chapters support several local ATD chapters.
