Sales Content Leader, ATD

Dayna Williams leads the sales enablement content strategy for ATD which includes the SELL conference program. She has worked with CEOs, CROs, and Sales Enablement Leaders for 20 years. While most of these conversations began about training, she took the opportunity to dig for root cause issues. She identified several patterns and trends that seemed to cut across industries, all of which were impacting revenue. Dayna documented those insights in her new book, The Diligence Fix. Now she helps CEOs/CROs use strategic messaging as a new, powerful lever to drive their GTM plans. Dayna previously co-authored Sink or Shine: Attract Clients and Talent with the Brightness of Your Mission with a former head of Aflac’s west-coast sales.

Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dayna is a super fan of Philly sports, The Office, and enjoys giving senior rescue pugs a second chance.
 


Mike Kunkle

Mike Kunkle is an internationally recognized expert on sales enablement, sales effectiveness, sales training, and sales transformations.

He’s spent over 30 years helping companies drive dramatic revenue growth through best-in-class enablement strategies and proven effective sales transformation.

Mike is the founder of Transforming Sales Results, LLC and currently works as the Vice President of Sales Effectiveness Services for SPARXiQ, where he designs sales training, delivers workshops, and helps clients improve sales results through a variety of sales effectiveness services.

He collaborated to co-author Modern Sales Foundations™ sales methodology and course and authored the Sales Coaching Excellence™ course. Mike's book, The Building Blocks of Sales Enablement, is available through ATD Press and on Amazon and the course is available through FFWD.
 


Amber Watts
Amber Watts

CRO, Magnet Medical

Amber has over more than a decade of experience in Talent Development and Sales Enablement. As an advocate for Everboarding, she implements a culture of innovation and agility wherever she goes. Currently, she is the Founder/CEO of Radical Learning, Chief Revenue Officer of Magnet Medical, a National Advisor to ATD chapters, and an author.

Throughout her career, she has left a significant impact on various industries. She deeply cares about performance science, process improvement, and challenging the “it’s always been done this way” mindset.

Amber holds a B.S. in Business Management & Leadership and a certification in Coaching and Virtual Training Design. She was recognized as an Emerging Training Leader by Training Magazine in 2019, a Stevie Award for Sales Training/Coaching Program of the Year in 2020, and Excellence in Learning Leadership by ATD Nebraska in 2023.
 


Peter Ostrow
Peter Ostrow

VP/Research Director, Forrester Research

Peter capitalizes on 20+ years of revenue growth leadership in revenue enablement, sales talent management, and operational expertise. Prior to joining SiriusDecisions and Forrester, Peter was a VP/Research Group Director for the Aberdeen Group, where he founded and was Principal Analyst for the Sales Effectiveness Practice, as well as overseeing research in marketing, customer success, field service and human capital management disciplines. Prior to his analyst work, he was a long-time B2B sales rep, manager, and enabler.

Since 2020, Peter has served on the board of directors of the Revenue Enablement Society, the largest and only nonprofit organization dedicated to the sales enablement profession. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Brown University.
