A large part of the spirit of this program is the shared learning aspect. Get an in-depth look at what the 2024 #1 BEST winner is doing to demonstrate their success! In this webinar, AMH joins ATD to discuss the Talent Development Capability Model™ and the role it plays in best practices. [These] capabilities “serve as a fundamentally sound foundation in our approach to developing and delivering quality content for our team members and support the organizational growth at AMH.”

During this webinar, you will learn:
• How AMH uses talent development capabilities to advance their learning function
• How AMH advances its culture and values through the development of its workforce
• How the BEST process, combined with their use of the Capability Model, help AMH’s TD function learn more about themselves fand where they are taking their TD work in the future
