He is the founder of Young and Able Pty (Ltd) in South Africa and Mindgro Consulting in Canada. He was also the co-founder of Heartlines Values TV Series project for which he, alongside Garth Japhet (founder), received an award from Arch-Bishop (emeritus) Desmond Tutu. He speaks on leadership, strategy, and cultural intelligence.

Rita Savoia was born in Italy and grew up in Toronto. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from York University, and a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University in Canada. Rita has 16 years of progressive human resources, personal development and career coaching, and training and management consulting experience. In 2012, she embarked on a seven-year entrepreneurial journey and founded an HR & Talent Management consultancy based in Dubai servicing corporate and individual clients across various industries in the Middle East. She is a heart-centered facilitator and holistic wellness practitioner passionate about corporate wellness and mental health advocacy.
