There’s a phrase in the equity, diversity, and inclusion space that states: Diversity is a fact. Inclusion is a practice. Equity is a goal. All of that is true, but it’s today's leaders who must enable, scale, and sustain all these things. To create a strong bench filled with leaders who prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, talent leaders must invest in and work to build an inclusive mindset across their organizational ranks. To build an inclusive mindset requires a specialized skill set and tool set. This webinar will help talent leaders identify how inclusive leaders think and perceive the world, what paradigm shifts need to happen internally to enable the consistent practice and prioritization of inclusion, and how inclusive leadership is evolving. It’s not a static concept. Talent leaders must keep their fingers on the pulse of changing definitions, strategies, and tactics to equip their leaders now and in the future.

During this webinar, you will learn:

  • What responsibilities minorities (women and people of color), who do not have the same access to leadership development resources, have when it comes to upgrading their leadership skills
  • How talent leaders upskill inclusive leadership capabilities and what is needed strategically and programmatically
  • How to define compassionate leadership, how it relates to inclusive leadership, and how to sustain and nurture it
